Returns & Exchanges

You have STRICTLY 14 calendar days to return an item from our website from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it from us. Your item must be in the original packaging with no damage and all associated tags/laces included in the box. 

Q: How long do I have to exchange an item?
A: You have 14 days from the day you received your order.
For example... if you received your order on the 1st of February, it would need to be shipped to us no later than the 15th of February.

Q: How do I return it?
A: Currently all items are returned at your expense however we are working on covering this cost soon. Items being returned to be properly packaged (double boxed if trainers). Include your returns form & address the package to: Overhype, 4 The Galleria, Aberdeen, AB11 6FB. We recommend using Royal Mail to return your order.

Q: What happens after I return it?
A: Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Returns are processed within 48 hours. You will be offered a full refund or credit note.
