A: You have STRICTLY 14 calendar days to return an item from our website from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it from us. Q: Do you have a physical shop? 
A: Yes, find us at 4 The Galleria, Aberdeen, AB11 6FB. We also have permanent locations opening in Edinburgh & Glasgow in 2024. 

Q: What are the conditions of your goods? 
A: Brand new condition. 
B : Immaculate condition.  
C: Used but still good condition. 

Q: What size should I order?
A: To help determine appropriate sizing, we recommend referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide.

Q: Do you guys source items? I am looking for something specific.

Q: Is the stock on your web-shop the same as the stock in-store?
A: Our physical store in Aberdeen offers a much wider range of items than our web-store.

A: All shoes and clothing are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Buy with confidence as all shoes and clothing listed for sale are thoroughly inspected by our knowledgeable staff for authenticity and condition.

A: We ship orders everyday. Your order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 2pm GMT.

Q: How often do you get new stock? Do you have deliveries on a certain day?
